BWM Obtains Funding for Containers

BWM Consulting Finds Success at California High School

August 22, 2011

A private high school in the Inland Empire has started a school-wide recycling program with the help of BWM Consulting. Brought in to help with cost reduction for waste disposal and recycling, BWM has cut these expenses by 31% while helping the students and staff increase their recycling rate.

School employees were trained in the new recycling program, which supplements the existing ASB recycling program to collect cans and bottles. The initial focus will be on classrooms and offices and the collection of paper waste.

In order to be successful, the school needed additional recycling containers for all classrooms. BWM researched their options and was able to obtain a $300 donation to purchase the containers needed. BWM has expanded their research to include options for heavy-duty school wide trash and recycling containers for the lunch area and grounds.

BWM Consulting provides it's clients a self-funded position that is solely focused on monitoring and reducing expenses and assisting with environmental impact and training for long-term success. For more information, please contact BWM at 760-249-4044.
